We ask that you do not arrive early to your scheduled appointment in respect for the privacy of the prEceding client.

We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist or therapist will remain confidential, as will your health history forms. Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.


Your Privacy Rights, Choice And Access:

You may direct us not to share your Personal Information with third parties, not to use your Personal Information to provide you with information or offers, or not to send you newsletters, e-mails or other communications by: (i) modifying your registered user information on the Sites; (ii) sending us an e-mail or (iii) following the removal instructions in the communication that you receive.

24 hour access and how it works

LHP is a private space for all of your beauty needs. Clients must have an initial consultation during our peak hours (8:30am-7pm) to be paired with the professional suitable for their needs. Service appointments are then booked according to the availability of both the salon and professional. Same day appointments are possible but not guaranteed. Off peak hour appointments are subject to a 15% surcharge from 7:30am to 8:30am and 20% from 7pm to before 7:30am. Surcharge is waived for our member clients.

Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.


monetary policy:

LHP Private Clientele accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, bank debit cards and cash. Personal check accepted for custom order deposits only.


refund policy:

All service and sales are non-refundable. We at LHP value our relationship with you and want your satisfaction, therefore we will extend a credit for compensation on returned goods.



We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule your service.


cancellation policy:

We have reserved time and space especially for you and require 48 hours notice for group and package appointment cancellations/ rescheduling and 24 hours notices for all other appointments. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 35% for the full scheduled session.


prices policy:

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.


gratuity policy:

Prices do not include gratuities. 18% gratuity will be assessed for spa packages, bridal parties, and group parties.
