HOW DOES IT WORK?

Renewal Tea Preparation:

  1. Boil a pot of water. Let the water stop boiling and rest for 10 - 15 seconds.
  2. Pour 8 ounces of the hot water into a cup.
  3. Scoop about 1/4 teaspoon of the proprietary blend into a tea infuser and place cup of water to steep for 3 - 5 minutes.
  4. Remove steeper with tea leaves from cup and save to re-use again for the preparation of the next 2 cups.
  5. (Note: 1/4 teaspoon of the blend should be used to make a total of 3 cups.)

 

Renewal Tea Rapid Program Schedule

(six cups per day)

BREAKFAST

Drink 1 cup first thing in the AM (take a walk, exercise or maintain some type of movement for 30 minutes). Drink another 1 cup as a replacement for breakfast. (Reminder, re-use the first 1/4 teaspoon again for this cup)

LUNCH

Drink 1 cup in the afternoon 20-30 minutes before having lunch (using the same first 1/4 teaspoon also for this cup). Have a light Lunch (preferably a smoothie or all vegetable salad). Drink another 1 cup 20-30 minutes after having your lunch (refill your steeper with a new 1/4 teaspoon for this cup).

DINNER

Drink another 1 cup 20-30 minutes before dinner (use the same second 1/4 teaspoon for this cup). For dinner refrain from Fried or Oily foods! Drink another 1 cup 20-30 minutes after dinner (use the same second 1/4 teaspoon for your last cup).

Note: Dinner should be at least 3.5 - 4 hours before bedtime.

Take measurements and images before starting tea regimen. Muscle weighs more than fat, you may lose inches before pounds.

MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

  1. Take tea 20-30 min before breakfast or in replacement of Breakfast.
  2. Take tea 20-30 min before lunch.
  3. Take tea 20-30 min before dinner. Best to eat 2-4 hours before bedtime.

Note: We recommend that during your maintenance regimen you continue to include a 10-15 minute walk or any kind of aerobic exercise after your morning cup. Normally after completing the 7 day program, people tend to notice less cravings for junk food. On the maintenance program you may go back to eating a regular diet the healthier the better. We recommend when having dinner to eat at least 3.5 to 4 hours before sleep. You may have your sugar treats, alcohol and coffee in moderation. It is best to minimize the frequency to maintain a healthy weight.

IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS

( During the 7 day Program, refrain from any of the following):
  • Do not have food or drinks containing Sugar
  • Do not drink Alcohol
  • Do not drink Coffee
  • Do not add any other ingredient to the preparation such as lemons, limes, honey, etc.
  • Do not mix with or consume other types of teas while on the rapid program.
  • Do not reduce your water intake
  • Do not drink if you have allergies to any of the following ingredients:
